All Bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment, and the balance paid upon your check out after your  treatment completion.
Booking deposits are non refundable.
 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment you
must provide us with 24 hours notice.

Should you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will apply.

Pre paid packages: If you have a treatment scheduled please allow 24 - 48 hours notice to avoid your pre paid session becoming void.
 

 

Refunds and Returns, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on your purchase.

We are happy to offer you a store credit for future treatments or skincare products.
